The Cathedral Invitational is one of Australia's most exclusive boutique golf events, held at the stunning Greg Norman-designed Cathedral Lodge & Golf Club in Victoria's breathtaking high country, set amongst 300+ acres of the Cathedral Ranges.

 

The 2025 tournament marked the first time Cathedral Lodge had ever outsourced the event's delivery, having managed it internally since its inception.

 

Our small team was brought in six months out to plan and deliver a three-day program that included some of Australia's most recognisable names in sport and entertainment, a premium 300-person VIP dinner, and a public finals day that drew 4,000 attendees. Working closely alongside the Cathedral Lodge team, we navigated the unique challenge of earning trust, respecting what they had built and delivering to a standard that took the event to the next level.

Monday 8th December - Cathedral Classic:

A celebrity golf tournament hosted by Hamish McLachlan, featuring Tom Hawkins, Chris Scott, Shane Crawford, Chris Judd, Billy Slater, Andrew Gaze, Damien Oliver, Andy Lee and more.

Monday Evening - VIP Dinner: A 300-person premium exclusive dinner on the 17th hole, that set the tone for the entire event.

Tuesday 9th December Pro-Am & Tournament Day 1:

An exclusive members-only Pro-Am alongside the professional field.

Wednesday 10th December - Tournament Day 2: The only day open to the public, drawing 4,000 attendees to witness Adam Scott crowned the 2025 Cathedral Invitational champion.

 

Across the full event our team managed all vendor procurement, a successful Visit Victoria grant application, weekly stakeholder reporting across operations, marketing, ticket sales and player registration, F&B planning and delivery, and full ground operations across all three days.
