LIV Golf Adelaide is one of the most significant recurring international sporting events ever held in South Australia, a globally televised professional golf tournament that has transformed Adelaide's major events calendar and delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in economic impact to the state.
I was part of the LIV Golf Adelaide story from the beginning. Joining three weeks before the inaugural 2023 event, I contributed immediately to business development, corporate ticket sales and hospitality upgrades and personally developed and implemented the guest list for the inaugural LIV Golf Adelaide Welcome Party at Adelaide Oval. From that first event I grew with the tournament year on year, taking on increasing responsibility until I served as the Guest Experience and Marketing Director across the 2024, 2025 and 2026 tournaments.
This role encompassed many head of department meetings, regular reporting to LIV Golf and operational and strategic elements to set the Adelaide event apart from the rest. An example of setting the tournament apart from the rest is the inaugural Family Fairway on the Par 3, 6th hole, developed in conjunction with SATC and Moe's Hotdogs in a four week turnaround from concept to execution in 2025.
As part of the senior leadership team at Performance 54, I connected key stakeholders, personnel, suppliers, government, VIP's, and many more to ensure we delivered exceptionally each year, across every element of the event.

Complex stakeholder alignment across LIV Golf leadership and departments, the South Australian Government, the South Australian Tourism Commission and major commercial partners and suppliers
Highlights included the Welcome Party events, the CEO Green Room events, 'A Night at the Cellar Door' in 2024 on the Watering hole for 160 exclusive guests, and being the first tournament to successfully run the 'Family Fairway' on the 6th hole. All this, and contributing to the annual strategic planning process that shaped how the event grew and evolved year on year.
