In 2025 and 2026 I travelled to Hong Kong as part of the LIV Golf international delivery team, working alongside the Asia team to lead all special events and premium VIP experiences for the Hong Kong tournament.
I was brought in to oversee and was responsible for:

The CEO Green Room - an exclusive executive hospitality environment hosting the most senior commercial, government and VIP guests in Asia

CEO lunches and all curated executive events, overseeing end-to-end experience design, logistics and on-the-day execution

Host management across the tournament, ensuring world-class VIP guest journeys consistent with the global LIV Golf brand

VIP management for the LIV Golf Hong Kong concert featuring Dom Dolla (2026) overseeing premium guest experience, access management and hospitality delivery for VIP's at the concert.
Working in Hong Kong required cultural sensitivity, adaptability and the ability to operate within an international team structure across different markets and audiences which was an experience that broadened my understanding of what world-class events look like beyond Australia.

- Lead all special events and premium VIP experiences across the tournament
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end guest journeys for executive and high‑value partners
- Manage CEO Green Room operations and ROS
- Manage CEO lunches and executive events, from concept through to on‑the‑day delivery
- Coordinate host and VIP management to ensure a consistent, world‑class LIV Golf experience
- Work closely with the Asia team to align local delivery with global LIV Golf standards
