About Peta
For the past three years I played a senior leadership role in the delivery of LIV Golf Adelaide, one of the most complex and high-profile international sporting events ever held in South Australia. Working alongside an exceptional team, we grew the event to 115,000 attendees and $165 million in economic impact, delivering one of the greatest recurring major events South Australia has ever seen. Whilst being involved in all operational elements of the events, I also led the Marketing and Event Experience teams year on year. In 2025 and 2026 I also travelled to Asia to lead all special events and premium VIP hospitality for the LIV Golf Hong Kong tournament, working alongside the Asia team to deliver world-class experiences for some of the world's most senior executives and VIP guests.

In December 2025 I was part of the core team that delivered the Cathedral Invitational at Cathedral Lodge & Golf Club in Victoria's stunning high country - a boutique, ultra-premium golf event that brought together Australia's best professional golfers, celebrities and invited guests across a three-day program.Â

Before the world of major events, I led strategic programs at the Committee for Adelaide, served as Acting CEO of Regional Development Australia Adelaide Metro, and spent over a decade as Group General Manager of a national franchise business operating across Australia, New Zealand and Asia-Pacific. I have always been drawn to complex, high-stakes environments where strategy, relationships and operational excellence all need to work together, Â and where the outcome genuinely matters.

I am also committed to governance. I chair the St Andrew's School Board and hold board and advisory roles at the Leaders Institute of South Australia, The Sports Network and Sony Foundation Australia. I hold a Graduate qualification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Adelaide.
